ALL HAIR TYPES: Please arrive with your hair 1-2 days unwashed and detangled.

For Afro/course hair types, please have your hair blowdried and stretched out. This is for an efficient and pain-free experience and will save time in your appointment.

Due to the limited space in our salon, we advise no more than 2 additional people.

Please be advised, this only applies to guests. Each client requires an individual booking.

After your braid appointment, we advise clients to not wash their hair.

Braids are a protective style, meaning the integrity and health of your hair is preserved while in braids, regardless of whether you wash it or not.

CORNROWS: Sleep with a durag to maintain the style and limit frizz, dry scalp or itchiness.

BOX BRAIDS: Sleep with a bonnet to maintain the style. Apply oil to the roots when needed.

You may choose to substitute a silk pillowcase instead of a durag or bonnet. You can purchase this on our website.

All birthday parties must be booked at least 3-4 weeks in advance.

Yes, for a group of 5 or more people.

We only take mobile bookings for a group of 5 or more. This may include for multiple siblings/cousins, for teams or groups, hens nights, or birthday parties.
